Max Valentine, Founder
Max is our founder with 20 years’ experience in Financial Services. Max trained in M&A and has worked across financial services. Max has advised clients on project structuring, corporate strategy and financing and has consulted at some of the world’s most successful investors including Cinven, Gresham House and RBS. Max has advised on both sides of the table and built financial models and tools that have been the foundations for many corporate and infrastructure investments across the world.
